Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy

This policy is applicable when you cancel any booked tour with us.
All our tours except Luxury Tours, Ferrari World & Dinner Cruise packages, permits cancellation and change in reservation 1 day in prior of the tour date at no additional cost. This is why because; we do not have any cancellation policy for rest of our tours. However, if there is any cancellation, kindly inform us atleast 24 hours in advance

If you cancel Luxury Tours, Ferrari World & Dinner Cruise packages 3 days before, full refunding will be made after the bank processing fee. If cancelled 2 days before, the 50% of package fee will be refunded the bank processing fee. In 24 hours before, there wouldn’t be any refund made from our end.

Credit card and Debit card refunding transfers will happen within 20 working days; this will be varied based on the credit card service provider of yours. Keep in mind before booking no show will lead for no full or half refund
